2020 Tentative Event Schedule

 will be posted closer to event but to help with planning purposes, pleas scroll down to 2019 event schedule.   We mostly run off this schedule year to year.

To help plan your Friday Night:

Pro-Am Strictly Swing (non-country), Pro-Am Strictly Hustle and Strictly Swing Spotlight (non-country)

warmsup will start no earlier than 6:00 pm.

Pro-Am J&J Swing and Two-Step will start around 7:00 pm.

WSDC J&J Prelims will start no earlier than 8:30 pm

Our Final Schedule will have specific times posted.

                                    Remember, you MUST have at least a day pass to                                                   attend workshops and a video pass to video tape the workshops.

You MUST have at least a 3-day or VIP pass to compete in ANY division.

2019 Event Tentative Schedule

We like to keep things pretty much the same from year to year.

 

Thursday

Kick-Off Party - 7:00 pm - Swing & Country mix - $5 per person or FREE with VIP pass

Our Final Schedule will have specific times posted.

Friday

Pro-Am Int, Adv, Pro, Showcase - warmup starting around  9:30 am - exact time when we are closer to event.

Division 1 Open (Classic & Showcase), Crown, Crown Plus, SuperStars, Rising Stars Line, and Crown Line

Awards for above

Upstairs ballroom open for social dancing during Swing competitions

Pro-Am Strictly Swing, Pro-Am Strictly Hustle, Pro-Am Strictly Swing Spotlight - normally starts around 6 pm

Pro-Am J&J Two-Step & Swing - (Pros paired with competitors) - awards given out after Saturday show

Awards - Pro-Am Strictly Swing, Pro-Am Strictly Hustle and Pro-Am Strictly Swing Spotlight

WSDC J&J Prelims (All-Stars will have their prelims and finals Friday night) - start time no earlier than 8:30 pm

Strictly Swing Couples - awards given out after Saturday show

Pro-Am Novice

*WSDC J&J Finals - except All-Stars 

Upstairs ballroom open for social dancing

Show / Masters - awards after show

J&J Two-Step - pay on the floor and dance for $$.

 

Sunday

UCWDC Couples & all Line Dance Competition (except SuperStars & Rising Stars, & Crown) and Teams 

Basically all other UCWDC competition that hasn't already danced.
